Noise pollution is a big problem in today’s cities. The honking horns, ambulance sirens and endless construction can feel like an assault on the senses. In cities like New York it’s often hard to find cafes quiet enough to read in or restaurants where you don’t have to shout over the din. That’s why I’m excited about a new app my friend Greg Farber developed, called SoundPrint.
